Raw Food Restaurants in Scandinavia?

Anyone know of any? Stockholm specifically?

I know there are plenty of vegan restaurants but my boyfriend and I are looking for raw ones. Outside the city is fine as I have a car.

(We're also looking for Japenese or Korean ones that serve raw meat and egg if anyone knows by chance...)
