I am in Seattle so Bellingham is a little far for me, but I would love to know more about the Bruce Horowitz classes. I'm sure he has come and gone already so I hope he comes back soon!
Hi iheartveggies yes he will be back your way soon. He is doing this Hawaii event in January and then he is doing once a month permaculture classes at Tom and Susans (www.rawvegansource.com) His recipes were awesome. I plan to ask him if he will post those on goneraw or if we can giving him full credit and do it for him. He made all the traditionals like herbed unturkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, and pumpkin pie and stuffing it was incredible and unique. Check him out when he's in your area.
Vegan2raw- Oh I am so jealous! Thanks for the information about his return, I want to make a raw thanksgiving next year that nobody could ever complain about!
