recipes w/o nuts,seeds,coconuts, or avo?

Its insanely hard to find raw nuts and seeds in a town as small as mine! And when I do find them they are so expensive! I was wondering if anyone had any sauce,dressing, or any kind of recipe to share! Google didnt turn up too many results.. Much thanks :)

no avocado either? is that what you mean?
you can always use a dressing of blended fruit or just a squeeze of lemon.
