Refreezing bananas using the champion juicer

I often use frozen bananas with my champion juicer...delicious. I have tried to refreeze after running them through but it does not turn out so well. I want to make a gallon of banana ice cream for a birthday party. Do you have any suggestions on how to refreeze?
