my sister sarah made me write this like a school reprt or somthing and teched me the word introduction and now i can spell it and it is a long word but i still ask her to write it on paper for me.
my sister sarah gave me a laptop which is just a little computer and i think its neat she told me i have to learn this web site because i am too big and she has truble taking care of me now that my brother has past away and cooking food is bad and makes her life not easy any more.
i live with my brother and sister in law for 14 years now the docter says i have a wait problem and my brother and sister have some kind of a power aterney to take care of me becase i cant get up from bed and they say i think more difent that other people do so i do need specal things.
sarah says i dont eat cooked food any more because it will help me so i can walk again and it is very hard for her to move me to my chair for the doctor visit but i really hat this new diet and it makes me think how funny the word die is in diet becase with no mash potatetos i feel like maybey dieing would be better haha i am just kiding im sorry dont be mad at me please.
i hope i can loose wait fast becase i want to go back to my school again my school was nice and i got to tech guitar to other people because i can play good and sarah says that some people even can ricord guitar on small computers like my new one so i am excited she will by me a thing called a ton port for my guitar to play in the computer.
i hope i can computer mail my teacher at the school but sarah says that was ten years ago and she might not be there now but i hope she is becase when sarah gives me the ton port for my guitar i want her to help me get on my space also so my teacher can hear me play.
sarah wants me to ask why i should eat only raw food and she says i can have all i want but i tell her it does not matter becase if i eat a lot i will still be over wait dont say fat its not nice and dont call people stupid becase thats not nice to but anywy if i eat a lot it will still make me fat anywy so i wood want to eat mash potatetos gravy and just eat less.
i am sorry for my spelling problem but i heard the docter tell my mum on time that i was slow and i did not under stand becase i did like to run alot when i wasnot over wait.
my tutor trudy would help me but she must be sad to becase she did not come back after ronny died.

Trust Sarah…I think she might be on to something. The more Raw Food you start to eat, the easier it will become. It takes time. Try to be patient.

Wow Tim, it sounds like you have quite the journey in front of you. I think you should trust Sarah for the most part, but what is with the power of attorney? I\’m sorry about Ronnie, but you must take care of yourself now. Please accept the new diet, and I hope you will again walk again some day.
thank you simplyraw writes i do trust sarah and i eat lettuce and not mash potatetos so she dont have to work so hard but if i eat more will i still get over wait i dont under stand.
thank you rawbogey writes but i dont know what is with the power attorney becase i never met him sarah and ronny said they need him becase i am like that guy in the movie but not mr mom and i need people to help me and some people will take advanteg of me and take mums money she gave me when she died.
and i am sorry i spelled attorney wrong but you also spelled ronny wrong but thats ok becase he did say that it was not tHE SAME AS OTHER PEOPLE SO YOU DID NOT NO.

I am sure someone with more knowledge can probably explain this better. But I will try to do my best.
Eating food raw…provides your body with the nutrients, vitamins, enzymes, good fats, and more…that it needs. Raw food provides fuel for your body to function in a healthy manner. It also removes bad fat out of your body so you can function better. Raw foods help your body spend time being healthy and not sick. Through this process your body will learn to heal itself naturally.
This is part of why it is okay to eat as much raw as you want. However, I wouldn’t recommend eating just a lot of nuts and avocados. Too much good fat can become bad fat. Try to eat lots and lots of greens, vegetables, and fruits. If you have not tried a green smoothies yet…I suggest you have Sarah make you one. They can be pretty filling.
The way people currently prepare and process cooked foods is causing most of us to become overweight and very, very sick.

Tim look on the keyboard for a button that says caps lock. press it once, because I think your capital letters are stuck on. It also looks like yelling, and could make you look dumb.
oh thank you noebones i was scared that i broke my new laptop so soon and sarah would be mad and take it away or take away my guitar and she also gets mad if i yell but sometime i need help with my colsto bag if it gets full.
i think she will be happy when she gets home becase i did what she says and just presed the circle arow until some on gives me a mesege but i do not see the restpee like she says so i will get lettuce tonite to.
