    Thanks for the post. I see this as one of the most important issues for Americans and the most crucial for bringing down the cost of healthcare.

    I wish an organic apple was readily available at every store and cost a $1.00 while a Twinkie should cost $6.00. The ocst of it wouldn't matter because once people started eatling real food again they would not want to eat a Twinkie.
