Simple recipe for raw food potluck

Hi everyone,

I’m going to a raw food potluck tomorrow evening, and I need a really simple recipe. I’m out of town, and the only raw food equipment I have with me is my vitamix. I know I could search for recipes on this website, but it’s more fun to get your responses and socialize. If you have any ideas for me, please post!!

    I had last time at a potluck the chocolate pudding, look at the recipe I posted it. Simple and delicious. For a potluck, I would double everything
