IS spirulina good for vitamin b12? Should I buy it and add the powder in my raw soups , smoothies, etc. Will spirulina give me enough vitamin b12 daily?
Many people say that we cannot absorb the b12 from spirulina and there are no vegetarian source of b12. In any case, there are other great advantages of spirulina. But if you have b12 deficiency (btw many say that the current reference levels are low), I would go for a supplement.
