Does anyone have a simple (yet tasty!) recipe for spring greens? Got a big bunch yesterday, but not quite sure what to do with them... Fancy something a bit more exciting than a green smoothie for dinner tonight, so any other suggestions would be utterly magical! :D

i like the asian wilted greens with ginger mushrooms salad on this site. you can use spring greens for it, but i used bok choy. i'm sure they would work.
