Hey, has anyone tried using spring greens in green smoothies? Wouldn't it be too strong flavor? Actually, are spring greens just as good as any other greens or are they are closer to cabbage (I know, it is the same Brassica family.)? Maybe someone has some nice recipes, my local supermarket currently has 2 for 1 offer on spring greens...
maybe some salad?
