I have consistent problems with stomach bloating and poor digestion. Often about 45 minutes to an hour after eating, I will have to go urgently, and I notice that the food is usually not well digested. I mean, just today I had sprouts in my lunch, and I could still see them formed in my stool.
Today as I was browsing through David Wolfe’s Eating for Beauty, I read about low HA stomach acid. Do you think that my poor digestion could be because of inadequate levels of HA acid? Does anyone else have experience with this, and how long does it take to re-establish good amounts of acid?
