I know I have posted in the past regarding this problem! But does anyone have any thoughts on what causes this? I would love any suggestions on how to correct this problem! I haven't always had this issue & I am not overweight..I could actually stand to loose a few pounds! Thanks!:)
Overuse of salt is one cause, not enough water or irregular sleep. Make sure you're eating enough fats also.
