If I were you for two weeks, I would eat when hungry, avoid eating fats.... From 3 am till noon eat nothing but fruits in the blender or juiced... Afterward just veggie smoothies &/or salads and nothing after 8 or 10 pm... Be sure to eat the rainbow, as many different colors as possible... Nothing cooked... Then reevaluate your condition at the end of two weeks...

During the two weeks, I would also take a good probiotic, drink when thirsty and get plenty rest and exercise daily...

It would be my guess that you are detoxing, I know I had a ton of mucus stools for a long period of time... The lower right pain could have been ovarian, releasing an egg or just gas... It is gone now, which is good...

Hope you are feeling better about your condition soon!!!

ps, a good rule of thumb, don't take an antibiotic unless you have a fever over 101 degrees and then only for something major like Strep Throat or pneumonia...

Also, lots of fats can upset the gallbladder which is painful...

EDIT~ Remember this is what I would do for me, if I had your complaints and concerns ...

Yeah, it looks like I'm going to stay on thin blended foods for awhile; and I might get some probiotics, but for now I've made two batches of fermented veggiekraut that will be ready this week; I might get some methylcobalimin too, in case that was wiped by the stupid antibiotics. I didn't have a fever at all, but that is what they sent me home with from the ER, and I was very desperate, afraid. Drinking less water (one gallon instead of like two and a half) seems to be helping my digestion a bit. I really think it might just be one of my pelvic muscles (definitely not ovarian because I'm male) and it just needs a few more weeks to be able to help push more solid foods out of my system without pain. Thanks.
