Is there a substitute for Lucama? There is a recipe that I really want to make, but we don’t have any lucama! Would anybody be able to tell me what it is? Thanks! Hannah-Banana

    I’m just curious…what exactly is lucama? And maca, as long as I’m asking. I live near a HUGE Mexican grocery/farmer’s market, I’m wondering if I could find it there.

    I use mesquite meal if I don’t have any or agave syrup.
