I'm surprised no one has given advise yet, because these folks are really, really good when it comes to stress advice.
Going for grains, fats and sugars is pretty natural when you are under stress. Of course, it's the worst thing to eat at this time, because in my opinion, they cause many more drastic ups and downs. Can you increase your intake of greens? Green juices, or even green smoothies? Drop out the raw granola. I know it's raw, but it's still grain. Drop the dried fruits for now, and eat fresh only. I like fats, but I would be careful with them. (Oh, you realize that almost all almond butters are cooked? Maybe you can make your own raw nuts/seed butter, just to be sure. )
I really do know how you feel, and I'm sorry for you. I'm going through a lousy time myself and need to take off a few pounds. I've been binging, which is something I have not down in a year. It sucks:**(
