Hey all! I had a question...I just found these Vitamins called The Vitamin Code. They are supposedly made up of all raw ingredients.
I was wondering if anyone had any insight about these vitamins...are they truly helpful or a hoax? Has anyone tried them? Results? We are on a about 85-90% raw foods diet. Our 3 year old is a little less than that, and we were looking into these vitamins for kids, just to assure she is really getting the nutrients she needs.
And on a completely different note... ever since I went raw (about 3 months ago), I get nauseous after I exercise. Any insight?

I've tried the Vitamin Code B vitamins, and I think they're pretty good. I'd recommend trying it to see what you think. Though getting a 3-year-old to take vitamins sounds like a tough sell to me . . . maybe adding a small amount of Vitamineral Green or Pure Synergy to her food will be an easier way to supplement her diet?
As for nausea and exercising, I'm not a medical professional, but I'd guess you're not getting enough sodium.
I've wondered about those, too! (This post should bump the thread to the front page... hopefully someone knows something!!)
EDIT: Ooops, I guess I didn't bump this page! someone beat me! LOL!
Thank you guys both! Thanks for the bumps to the front page, too! :) :) I'm definitely looking into them.
Ambiguous- good idea with the adding to her food! I will look into it.
