Hey Danial! I haven't taken a vit D supplements and haven't used a sunlamp so I can't help you there but just wanted to let you know in case you were vegan that D3 is from an animal source. D2 is from plant sources and I've heard it works well but the needed dosage is just a little more. There's a good post about vitamin d and deficiencies on another site, here's the link:
