i think it's like 95% or more raw.

I've heard 80% or more.
Although from my own experience, I don't get the "full effect" as far as noticeable benefits unless I'm maybe 95% raw. I also gain weight if I go below 80-90%.

To clarify: When a high percentage of your food intake is raw. I've heard 80%+ is optimal, but, as you can see, opinions vary. As do methods of calculating: is the percentage calculated by volume? calories?
