What is really raw?

I found this site: http://www.homestead.com/raweugene/ They list a lot of useful foods that are often not raw. Labels that say raw often do not really mean the food is raw. I think this topic was already discussed, just wanted to add some more information.

    I wanted to add a link to 3 pages on our site Purely Raw. This subject Raw/Not Raw plays a big role in the philosophy of our site, hence the name. Our Dead Food List , our Ingredients list , and finally a page about our struggles with not knowing “What is really raw?” called Staying Purely Raw .
