2 things helped me and that was fasting , and though not raw green tea . the fasting helped shrink my appetite and get used to having less bulk in my gut . and the green tea is a good appetite supressant .

before i did some fast i was starving on raw , then ide come off a fast and a big salad was AWESOME AND TOTALLY FILLING !!!

oh and on my problem of feeling filled up on raw , i found after a while to eat alot of bananas / avacado / nuts / cold pressed oils .
those heavier fuels sat heavy in my gut like my old cooked vegan foods and gave me a satisfied feeling . also ground up seeds like sesame and flax in smoothies or on salads .

What kind of difficulties are you having? Are you hungry a lot? Or do you find the raw food unappetizing? Lack of energy? Let us know:-)

    1) Keep everything in the house raw.

    2) Give yourself time to adjust. Your body needs to learn to “recognize” the new raw foods andd welcome them. When you reach the point where you start to actually crave them, your whole body will wake up and you’ll loose your appetite for cooked.

    3) Keep lots of healthy snack foods around that appeal to you. Keep them easy to reach and eat, no preparation. Bowls of fruits, a bag of nuts. Bins of sprouts and bottles of fresh-squeezed juice in the fridge.

    4) Learn your cravings and why you have them. Keep track of what makes you feel good after eating and what might make you feel loggy. Learn to listen to your body and then answer it. It takes a while.

  • Fasting for me, it was a struggle for that but I made it through it. After that it was a breeeze. No more cravings of processed foods.
