Wheatberry leftovers from making rejuvelac

Hi everyone,
Sorry to bother about another question involving wheat berry leftovers. I bought a big bag of the wheat berries and I am going to attempt making rejuvelac, however, I’m still not clear about what to do with the left over wheat berries that does not require a dehydrator or juicer. Any other recipe ideas? Please help!! Are they edible after making rejuvelac out of them? Can I blend them into porridge or add them to salads with sprouted lentils and mung beans?? I’m using my imagination lol. Any ideas will be tremendously appreciated!!!!!

  • yes, they are still edible, and full of probitoics! usually i would make them into essene bread in the dehydrator, but you could use the oven on the lowest setting, or try one of your own ideas, they sound ok!
