I live in nowhere land and we only have a walmart & brookshires. We do however have a small farmer stand close to the house..also what about nuts? The last time I bought apples at Brookshires they looked really good but when I took a bite they had no taste and it look like some kind of dye had bleed on it. I started worrying that maybe they put some type of dye in them to make them look better?

You can actually grow your own wheat grass- its quite simple, actually. I am on the run out of my house, but if you do not find anything when you google it, I will post directions later. You can also buy a wheatgrass juicer for about 50$ online. Its most nutritious when juiced fresh! :)
I purchased a wheatgrass kit at no other than wheatgrasskit.com. Prior to getting the kit I had never grown wheatgrass before. It is easy and doesn’t require much space to grow. The kit includes a juicer, trays, seeds, dirt, everything you need to get started. They have several packages to choose from. I selected a manual juicer, the ‘hurricane’, (since I wasn’t ready to invest in an electric one) and it works just fine, plus I’m only juicing for two people so no need to crank out a ton of juice. It seemed to be the best deal when I was searching for one online.
