Where can I find the following ingredients

Hi guys!

I was wondering where can I purchase these. We’ve been browsing Amazon, but we do not know if all of them are raw.

- Raw Coconut Oil - Raw Coconut Butter (are they the same?) - Raw Organic Shredded Coconut.

Is “Let’s Do Organic Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut” raw? I saw it at amazon but it says nothing if it’s raw or not.

How about raw nuts and that stuff? At amazon they seem to be at a good price, but, is there any better deal?

Is there any online store 100% raw stuff?

Thanks!

I’m not sure about the “Let’s Do Organic” brand. I’ve heard most commercial dehydrating is at high temps. However, I use it. If I had access to raw I’d use it.

As for raw coconut oil, you can get it at a co-op or health food store. Even if it’s not on shelves you can likely have it ordered as it’s made by the same companies they order their organic coconut oil from, it’s just that the cost difference hinders customers too much to stock it.

As for coconut butter it’s not the same thing. There’s a brand called Artisana that makes it, it’s made from the whole coconut flesh, so it has fats and fibers, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Raw nuts are hit or miss. Some co-ops have them, and here Hannafords has them both in bulk and in the natural foods area. For me, to get the assortment I do I visit three co-ops. It’s an excuse to help make sure I visit my not so close friends, too.

I’m still hunting the elusive cacao butter though.
