Will an Alma berry supp interfere with iron due to the tannin content

It's a raw supplement for a source of vitamin C. I think I read alma berries have 40% tannins. I'm not sure if this is a concern or not. Any opinions?

Hey no it wont cause any problems infact it will help iron absorbtion.
amla berry is a great ayuverdic staple and has many benefits.
EDIT: I forgot to write its a specific extract of amla which contains that high percentage of tannins, normal amla powder like from my site below doesnt contain such a high percentage of tannins.
