Hi, I have been vegetarian and nowdays becoming vegan+raw food. My question is just if I will loose weight, because I heard that people do, and I actually would like to as well...is there something I should avoid in the diet in order to loose weight? Thank you
I guess if you have weight to lose, it will come off if you follow the raw diet. I have personally gained weight, but I think it's all muscle. I mean, I don't have that much flab anymore. My main is advice is to not overdue it on the fats. The main food I upped my intake of was greens and I've seen improvement in my whole body.
