Young Coconuts in bulk-storing and other questions
I found a great little asian market near my apartment in LA that sells a case of (9) Young Coconuts for $8. Anyhow, I ran out of room in my refrigerator and was only able to store 6 there. I left 3 out and they have been in a warm kitchen for about 1 week now. Does anyone know if that is "safe". What do I need to look for before they go bad?
Lastly, if anyone wants to provide links to their favorite Young Coconut recipes, I'd be most anxious to try them out.
