I am talking about the book(s) that you either do or you wish you could buy in bulk to give to everyone you meet... I am very new to this lifestyle and i LOVE learning about new things so i want to hear what your favorites are.
Nutrition and Athletic Performance by Doug Graham. A lot of the stuff he talks about seems so basic but I never followed any advice until I read the book. It's really good and there's a whole chapter on bananas!
