chocolate banana soy pudding

0
Servings:
makes about 8 -- 1/2 cup servings

I’m not sure if homemade soy milk is raw or not. I threw this together for my kids this morning because I soaked too many soybeans last night and needed to use the resulting soy milk. I’m honestly not sure why it set into pudding. I was trying to make chocolate milk sweetened with banana instead of stevia. But by the time it was cool enough to give to my 2 yr old, it was the consistency of pudding.
My kids loved this.

Ingredients:

4 cup homemade soy milk, hot, nothing added
4 bananas
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon raw cocoa - depending on tastes

Preparation:

Pour soy milk in the blender.
Break up bananas. Add to blender.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla

Whip for a good 2 minutes.

Pour into a bowl and let sit until cool. It will set into pudding as it cools.

I have read that all soy products are boiled or cooked in some way, supposedly all soy has to be to be consumed by humans. I'll try and find the link...

Soy milk is made from boiled soybeans, but this looks yummy anyway! :) You could make this with raw almond milk instead!
