a warming drink

Ingredients: 

6 plum tomatos
2 limes, peeled
¼ cup flat leaf parsley, or cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
pinch salt
sprinkle chopped chives

Preparation: 

1.juice tomato, lime, parsley(or cilantro) and garlic

2.stir in oil,cayenne, and salt

3.sprinkle with chives

this is based on a famous diet guru’s drink to rev up your metabolism:)

for soup:

1.prepare serving bowl by filling with very hot water while preparing soup:)

2.place tomato, juice of two limes, parsley,(or cilantro), garlic, oil, and spices in blender.

3.garnish , if desired, with rose made from tomato peel ,chive,and parsley leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze:)

this looks like it would be a really good fall soup, too! I love tomato soup so I might try it that way - this will be my first cooler season on raw

Lately I have been blending tomato and ice together and it's been the most lovely treat ever. I crave it all the time. This kicks it up a few notches higher, wonderful herb and spice selection!!! a little black pepper on top and I am all set. Mmmm, yummy picture too.
