I just stumbled upon a bag of pumpkin seed flour! Has anyone any information as to what could be done with it? I was thinking I could make some type of raw flat bread…. Or even throw it in a raw cookie or … hmmm.. I dont know! Im just so excited about it!!!
You sure it’s raw? That’s really cool, if it is! You could try coating it on a banana and dip it in almond milk, or make granola, the possibilities are pretty endless!

I … am not sure if it is raw. Lucky for me I am not yet 100%! so if it is not then…... thats ok!? But i will know to check next time.
