I just quickly googled searched each one, I have not tried ethier, however from reading these I would say that I would be more eager to try vitamineral green. Just looking over the ingrediants and reading a little bit about it gives me the impression that it would provide a lot of nutrients that you might not be getting from the rest of your diet. Thats just my opinion though, since ive never tried ethier one. Good luck!

never tried synergy. i do like vitamineral green. i don't add it to water, i add it to smoothies and other foods. i use it most when traveling.
