I was trying to make chocolate pine nut yogurt, but I ended up making a richer version of this delicious nut mylk instead! Nut mylks made with coconut water rule! You can use any kind of nut, but a high oil content nut like the ones below are best if you want a creamy nut mylk.
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
sprinkle Himalayan Crystal Salt
4 teaspoon cacao powder (1T + 1t)
¼ of a vanilla bean, seeds only
6 ounce coconut water
2 ounce water
1 ounce pine nuts, mac nuts or Brazil nuts (about 1/4 c), unsoaked
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend away!
