sharing raw, vegan recipes and advice

Are truly 100% ground buckwheat noodles considered raw until they are cooked? And…if they are…. can they be “un-cooked” in a covered bowl of water in a dehydrator, much like wild rice?

I miss buckwheat noodles so I’m dreaming I suppose…..;O)
