1 half parsnip, grated
teaspoon lemon juice, squeezed into mixture
tablespoon ground almond
mix ingredients well and form into 2 and a half inch rounds, serve with salad and salsa (finely chopped tomatoes and onion,coriander (cilantro) and chilli to taste).
