Ingredients:
1 large banana
4 tablespoon dried shredded coconut
15 dates
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
5 ribs of celery
Preparation:
Blend everything except for the celery… and thats about it.
Its good, thats all I can say :) You can substitute or add carrot sticks or slices of cuke.
