2 cup dates, soaked 1 hr. in lemon water
½ cup Pure Maple Syrup,or dark agave
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ lemon, juiced

Prepare the brownies or slice up some Granny Smiths while you are soaking your dates in lemon water—1 lemon, juiced into enough water to cover the dates.
Blend and whip the caramel dip ingredients in the vitamix. Please adapt as per your raw practice—the maple syrup adds the best flavor.
