Servings:
2 small or a big mealThis a basic meal, but one of my favorite!
An exemple of minimalist plate, fresh and full of flavour!

Ingredients:
1 large avovado
1 large zuccini
1 tomato
Preparation:
Cut the tomato in small cubes
Reduce the avocado in puree
Slice the courgette in you’re favorite shape ( i use a mandoline)
and just add the tomato!
spread the puree on you're vege-pasta
It’s not a recipe, it’s just a very good trio of ingredients!
Add salt, pepper and a little bit of oil and lemon juice
if you like to but,
i prefer without condiment, it taste much better.
