This is a very rich, almost cream cheese style icing or spread for fruit.
These measurements are rough, I just added everything to taste. I was very surprised at how much like real icing this tastes! Would be awesome on raw carrot cupcakes!
1 cup raw cashews, soaked
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
2 tablespoon raw cacao butter
Start by putting cashews in your food processor, blend until they start to get creamy, then add in your agave and cacao. Voila, you now have icing.
