My lavender has just come into bloom and I couldn’t wait to use it! This was a lovely dessert but would also make a great breakfast. I like it quite sweet but you can skip the dates if you like.
2 small or one large banana, fresh or frozen
½ cup raw cashews
2 tablespoon fresh lavender flowers, separated from stem
2 dates, pitted
1
teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
½ cup water
Throw everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a lavender blossom if you like.
