Ingredients:
2 cup corn
.33 cup olive oil
¼ cup onion, minced
¼ cup celery, minced
¼ cup carrot,
shredded
½ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon jalapeƱo, minced
½ cup Celtic sea salt
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Simply mix and serve.
You can substitute Nama Shoyu for the sea salt if you wish.
