in my opinion would feed two if eaten with another side dishthis was very simple and basic but yummy very crunch and just a hint of tangyness. I have had this for lunch two days in a row now!
Ingredients:
1 box precleaned sliced mushrooms, put them in a bowl
1 yellow or green zuchinee (spelling?), slice very thin and chop in half
1 cup sweet onion, sliced very thin
1 cup red wine vinegar, put in over all veggies in a
bowl
dash lemon juice
Preparation:
put all the prepared veggies in a bowl then pour the liquids over them let it sit for a bit then season and dig in!
