sshhhh..I got this recipe from the Live Food restaurant I work at- and its as simple as 1-2-3..yummy and nut free:)
1 large spoonfuls of Irish Moss gel
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw honey (or to taste)
1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla bean extract
1 ice cube
Add all ingredients to blender but ice cube. After blended- add 1-2 ice cubes and blend again. If you have an ice cream maker at home- you can use that instead of blender. Enjoy the delicious creme! I also experimented adding soaked dried cherries and blending into mixture.
