Ingredients:
Sprouts: sunflower and buckwheat; also known as “greens” – Note: Sprouts work great with this but so would WILD GREENS if you like to forage. Dandelion would be killer. I love bitter greens with sweet dressings!
Flowers: lavander, squash blossoms, thyme flowers, fennel flowers, oregeno flowers/bulbs, strawberry blossoms, rose petals, african blue basil flowers, chive flowers (THE BEST!)
Herbs either from flowers above or in their whole state – Sage, shiso (THE BEST!), oregeno, african blue basil, thyme
Dressing: 1 tablespoon ground black seasame seed, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon raw olive oil, 1 tablespoon raw honey (or agave nectar), pink sea salt, fresh ground black peppercorn … fresh squeezed lemon is optional
Ripe avocado – chunked – more ground pepper and so much love I can’t fit it in this box!
