I like making up stupid names for my recipes, sorry. It makes them seem more exciting to me, hahaha. Anyway…these are sprout tacos, pretty self-explanatory but very, very delicious in my opinion.
4 Large Kale Leaves, washed
4 tablespoon Sprouted Chickpea Hummus
1 slice Red Bell Pepper
6 tablespoon Crunchy Bean Sprouts
1 Small Lime (or Lemon) Wedge
First, blend raw hummus with bell pepper slice, then scoop about 1 tbsp. onto each kale leaf (taco shell). Cover each taco with crunchy sprouts, squirt some lime (or lemon) juice on top and you’re done!
Yum, yum, yum.
