A delectable and rich double chocolate fudge layered with banana slices. Enjoy!
¾ cup cashew butter
2 tablespoon cacao nibs
3 tablespoon cacao powder
2 chocolate truffles*, chopped
2 tablespoon agave or yacon syrup
½ teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon carob powder
2 pinch celtic sea salt
1 banana, sliced
Mix everything together in a bowl until smooth and consistent.Take some of the fudge and roll it into small balls. Layer one fudge ball in between a banana slice.
