Makes cookies for 2-6
Super easy and yummy!
Ingredients:
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup soaked macadamia nuts
¼ cup brazil nuts
1 kiwi, peeled
1 granny smith apple, cored
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Spoon onto teflex sheet and dehydrate appx 8 hours for soft cookies. Great in the morning warm off of the dehydrator.
It would be pretty to cut some kiwi slices and put on top of the cookie before dehydrating.
This idea would be great in a crepe size and possibly adding a banana. The kiwi gives it such a fun taste! I wanted to add coconut too.
