Short on time? Starving for a roll? Try this.
1 Medium carrot, sliced to sticks
1 Medium lettuce leaf
½ Avocado , Sliced
1 Nori Sheet
1 tablespoon Braggs Amino
Acids
1 sprinkle Black Seasme Seeds
Lay out nori, place lettuce leaf, carrot sticks, avocado on nori.
Sprinkle with black seasme seeds and braggs.
Roll it up, slice and enjoy. The braggs is so good from the inside, makes it more sushi like.
