Ingredients:
2 small apples
5 pitted dates
1/2 cup water (a tiny bit more if you need help getting the mixture to move)
1/4 cup oats
sprinkle of
cinnamon
pinch of cloves
Preparation:
Wash & core apples. Blend all the ingredients together in blender or food processor.
Ready to eat straight from the blender!
