1-2I have been really into green smoothies the past few days. Here's one that I am particularly fond of:
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/2 ripe mango
about 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
3-4 stalks kale
handful of ice (I didn't use ice but my smoothie could have used a
chill)
a little bit of water to get things moving.
Preparation:
Throw everything in a blender. Blend and enjoy!
