4This is a delicious warming smoothie for the colder months.
Ingredients:
~ 4 apples
~ 2 bananas
~ 2 pears
~ 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
~ 1 teaspoon of cloves
~ 1 teaspoon of
nutmeg
~ 1 Vanilla Bean (Optional)
(my partner loves it with a little curry powder)
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients. Put them in a beautiful glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon on the top and serve.
